Job description
Requirements:
education (certifications, courses, etc.) in project management, business analysis
military service experience will be an advantage
experience managing IT-related projects
experience in process analysis and process improvement
strong communication skills — facilitation, negotiation, decision alignment
digital transformation experience will be an advantage
strategic and systemic thinking
proactiveness and result orientation
ability to work in conditions of high dynamics, uncertainty, and pressure
Main responsibilities
- ensuring the implementation of digital development policies in the military unit
- forming requirements for new IT products (information systems and computer programs)
- implementing IT products, ensuring their daily use, and collecting feedback for their improvement
- preparation of analytical materials and reporting
